Zhang Xiaomei

China's overheid mag niet in alle opzichten tot de verbeelding spreken, de manier waarop ze internet inzet voor haar eigen belang kan in een aantal opzichten wel een voorbeeld zijn. Deze weken vergadert het Nationale Volkscongres en Danwei wijst ons op de vele weblogs die de volksvertegenwoordigers kunnen inzetten om hun boodschap naar buiten te krijgen. Bijvoorbeeld die van Zhang Xiaomei:
